Sugar Skeleton Psycho Records™ is an independent music machine that works under 3 categories: Sugar Skeleton Psycho Audio (SSPA), Sugar Skeleton Psycho Records (SSPR), and Sugar Skeleton Psycho Publishing (SSPP). These 3 categories together bring a new flavour to today’s music industry by offering professional and outgoing audio services to clients signed and not signed to the Sugar Skeleton Psycho Record label, and by releasing music of weird, unique, and eccentric caliber. Our customers turn to us because our music is honest and different; it’s irony and coincidence; it’s life told through a new kaleidoscope, it's music of our psychotic world as we know it. With the label’s heart beating ecstatically under the influences of Oingo Boingo and BjÖrk, Sugar Skeleton Psycho Records™ does not release any music that falls short of a party.
The label was created by sound junkie, Vesper Rodríquez, in 2008, with the hunger to bring her own music, under the title of Bricklayer Bosh™, to visionary-status success.
It is our goal as an entity to provide outstanding audio service, artist empowered visions, and opportunities for those in need of an outlet and/or a voice. We believe in the importance of giving back when we receive. We believe that every voice should be heard. We believe that if we can think it, we can achieve it!
